Some destinations have a value threshold per order which can give rise to excessive taxes and duty. Should you wish to order more than one dress, please place a separate order for each item. If you order multiple items in one order this is likely to give rise to excessive taxes and duty at your destination for which Sophia and Pilar cannot be responsible.

We take every care to ensure your products are delivered to you all-inclusive based on your invoiced price. Should an unforeseen delay occur at your country of destination or you are presented with a request for payment of additional charges please contact us at hell@sophiaandpilar.com and provide details of the issue. We will investigate the matter immediately and identify the most economic solution. Every care is taken but Sophia and Pilar will not be held responsible should any unforeseen event arise. Should any rectification prove to be cost prohibitive we may need to cancel your order.
