As a small company we work very hard to give you our best service and we hope you love your new Perfect Anywhere Dress just as much as we do. However, we have an easy-return policy in place if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.
RETURNS ARE FREE
~ Email us to initiate a return
~ Print the return label we send you
~ Pack your item in original mailer and attach label
~ Drop the parcel off at any one of the locations in the courier network points (there’s over 900 of them including ones like news agencies, and pharmacies and ones open 24/7)
OUR RETURNS POLICY
- Returns are free.
- You have 30 days from receipt to initiate a return.
- Item(s) should be returned unworn and undamaged with all the original tags attached.
- For domestic customers: item(s) have to be received back to us within one week of you initiating a return. For international customers, item(s) have to be received back by us within three weeks of initiating a return.
- Once your item(s) are received back to us we will process your refund, under the conditions described above.
- Refunds will be sent back through the original payment gateway. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for your funds to become available.
- Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
- Item(s) sent back to us without first initiating a return will not be accepted.
- Sophia and Pilar will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.
- We accept that due to COVID-19, returns may take longer to reach us than usual; we utilise a tracking service to facilitate a smooth return and refund.
OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
At this point in time, we don't operate an exchange policy. If you would like to try a different size or colour, simply return your dress and place a fresh order, which will be subject to stock availability.
We work hard to make sure that everything from Sophia and Pilar reaches you in tip top condition. However, if the dress is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong colour or size, please contact us immediately so that we can sort it out as quickly as possible for you!
